KUWAIT – Nov 10, 2009 - Technicians and Service Advisors of Kuwait Automotive Imports Co WLL – KAICO (Al Shaya & Al Sagar), exclusive distributor for Mazda, received Certificates from Mazda Japan certifying them as “MAZDA MASTERS” at a recently held award ceremony at its service centers in Shuweikh and Ahmadi.
Mr Grahame Leitch, Service Manager explained that technicians regularly undergo training under Mazda Masters Training Programme. It was developed by Mazda Motor Corporation to enhance the technical skills of the technicians at Distributors. He added service advisors are also part of this training programme. The Service Advisors Certificate Programme includes many hours of training in Communication skills, Customer Handling Techniques, Warranty, Diagnosing Skills, Service Advising & Handling Difficult Situations to interact with customers professionally and fulfill their goal – “Fix It Right First Time”.
